*Entry ballots are given to patrons that win a taxable jackpot between 9AM on December 15, 2024, to 6:45PM on February 22, 2025. Participants for the second drawing will be notified via email, and their digital ballot must be activated on February 22 by swiping their PENN Play card at any promotional kiosk.
